IDAHO FALLS, IDAHO, Oct. 5, 2010 – DocuTech Corp. (DocuTech), a leader in compliance services for mortgage documents, announced the opening of a new data center in Denver. The data center signifies a move from physical servers to virtual machines (VM Ware), in an effort to improve business continuity and support continued growth. The conversion was completed in September.
“After finishing our fourteenth consecutive quarter of growth, we are reinvesting in the technological growth of our company,” said Scott K, Stucky, COO of DocuTech. “The data center in Denver provides a secure location for our VM Ware servers and should improve our response to disaster recovery. It is also an example of how DocuTech is making necessary adjustments to meet and exceed the demands of lenders and our customers.”
The Denver data center demonstrates how DocuTech is proactively expanding their infrastructure in response to customer demand for a push towards e-mortgage. The center will permit better flexibility and increase the speed of implementation within the company. Having the data center will also improve business continuity for DocuTech and aid in working with 200 largest lenders.
The flagship product of DocuTech, ConformX™, allows lenders to customize documents to implement state and federal compliance requirements, reduce operational costs and improve productivity with ease. The product automatically creates compliant mortgage documents and delivers e-mail, printed-paper, and Web posting options from any Internet connection. ConformX integrates with existing LOS platforms.
HCL/PredCheck, a product of DocuTech, assists lenders with responding to new regulations that govern lending and requires additional testing before a loan can be closed. Fulfillment Center supports the printing, distribution and tracking of disclosures either electronically or ordered on paper.
“As DocuTech continues to work with the nation’s largest lenders, we must hold our products and infrastructures to the higher standards and capabilities they expect,” said Stucky. “The new data center is just the next step in keeping DocuTech as the leader in document compliance technology.”
