The “Notice to Borrower Regarding Special Flood Hazard Area”, cx11, has been modified to remove several sections that are not included in the model form found in 12 CFR Pt. 339, App. A and are not required on the notice.
Here is a list of the items that will continue to print in addition to the model form contents: title, subtitle, loan identification information, date, property address, and borrower acknowledgment area.
The “Notice to Borrower Regarding Special Flood Hazard Area”, cx11, will also begin to print by default in Initial Disclosure packages when there is a special flood hazard, not just in Closing packages.
The Initial Disclosure package type has not been added for clients who already have special print conditions on cx11 unless requested.
