DocuTech will be making the following changes to certain documents, effective October 14, 2011:
1. The Kentucky Fair Housing Disclosure (Cx11145) will now print generically for all Kentucky closing loan packages. This disclosure is required under 104 Ky. Admin. Reg. 1:010(4) to be given at the time any real estate-related transaction takes place.
2. New additional language and citations will be added to the Tennessee, Utah, and Wyoming versions of the Anti-Coercion Insurance Disclosure (Cx2778 or Cx2788). These changes are being made to incorporate additional anti-coercion language that is found in other parts of these states laws and regulations, the citations for which are as follows:
a. Tenn. Comp. R. & Regs. 0780-01-07-.02 & 0780-1-7-.13;
b. Utah Code Ann. §31A-23a-416; and
c. Wyo. Stat. Ann. §26-23-324.
