Last month, DocuTech added two new executives who provide leadership in the development of new products and partnerships with leading technology providers in the industry. This month, we would like to introduce you to two new members of the DocuTech team who will be responsible for adding new ConformX users and ensuring their implementations and user experience are smooth and easy.
Chris Anderson joins DocuTech as executive vice president of Sales and Marketing. In this role, he is responsible for managing the sales and marketing departments at Docutech and increasing both sales and brand awareness of the company’s compliance and document services.
“Chris brings more than 17 years of experience in mortgage technology and services and will be able to contribute right from the start,” said Scott K. Stucky, COO of DocuTech. “His broad experience in both managing sales teams and in leading mortgage software companies at the highest level provide a skill set needed to help continue DocuTech’s growth as the leading document compliance company in the industry.”
Anderson was previously general manager, Global Markets and Account Management at Wipro Gallagher Solutions (WGS), where he was responsible for managing and growing WGS’ presence in the international markets and managing the organization’s customer account teams.
DocuTech has also turned to Judy Lysaght to be director of Professional Services. She is responsible for all professional services and will ensure the successful implementation of new major accounts. She is responsible for project management and professional services deliverables to major accounts with her primary goal being to maintain the highest level of efficient processes, best practices and knowledge sharing to ensure client satisfaction.
Lysaght has more than 12 years of industry experience in client implementations, support, consulting and management. Prior to joining DocuTech, she held management and senior consulting positions with Fairfax, Va.-based Headstrong Business Services, a provider of business process outsourcing services for mortgage lenders.
“Judy’s extensive experience with large institutions and large projects is critical to DocuTech’s continued success in the major account market,” said Scott K. Stucky, COO of DocuTech. “Our significant growth is due of our un-rivaled success in implementing these clients, and Judy will ensure we continue to excel in this aspect of our business.”
