On March 15, 2018 the Indiana Department of Financial Institutions submitted to the Indiana Register an emergency rule updating certain dollar amounts set forth under the Indiana Uniform Consumer Credit Code (Ind. Code Ann. §§ 24-4.5-1-101 through 24-4.5-7-414), effectively amending 750 Ind. Admin. Code 1-1-1 (see http://www.in.gov/legislative/iac/20180321-IR-750180155ERA.xml.html). These rules take effect on July 1, 2018.
