After a careful review of our Inter Vivos Revocable Trust documents, we have decided to retire our generic Inter Vivos Revocable Trust Addendum To Note (Cx21132). Although FNMA has no requirement to use Cx21132, we have kept this document in our generic library as a convenience to our clients. The largely duplicative text in our Inter Vivos Revocable Trust Rider (Cx21131) makes the Addendum to Note unnecessary. Clients who currently have a custom print configuration for Cx21132 will continue to receive the document in their packages, unless requested otherwise.
Since the Addendum to Note has been available generically for several years, we will give an extended time period for clients to determine if they want to keep the Addendum to Note as a custom document in their loan packages. Cx21132 will be retired generically on May 12, 2018. If you have any questions or concerns about this change, please contact Client Support at 1.800.497.3584.

Update: We will also retire our corresponding CEMA GAP Inter Vivos Revocable Trust Addendum To Note, Cx16255. Any clients that have printed Cx16255 within the past 90 days will be assigned to it so that it will continue to print. This change will be in effect immediately.
