“New model renovation loan docs are easier to use and customize
Our new, easy-to-use model renovation documents provide a renovation-specific template and include updates to various terms. Check out the new forms on the Single-Family Special Purpose Documents page and the Riders & Addenda page. As always, be sure to confirm validity and enforceability, as well as compliance with applicable state and local law, before using model documents.”
