Currently, our generic form “New Jersey Private Well Water Test Results (Cx4441)”, is configured to print for every contract of sale of real property in the State of New Jersey, rather than printing only for sales of real property with private wells, as required pursuant to N.J. Stat. Ann. § 58:12A-27. Therefore, we will be modifying the print condition for Cx4441 by adding a print trigger field “Private Well” that will allow form Cx4441 to print only when field “Private Well” is equal to 1 or “Yes”.
Please Note: Cx4441 is a “Sales Contract” requirement, and not a “Lender” disclosure requirement. We provide this document to support our clients who wish to provide this form, but recognize that it’s not required as a “Lender” disclosure form.
