In an email dated May 17, 2018 the USDA announced the following:
- “An advance copy of the new Form RD 3555-21 is being provided for lender process and IT development purposes. This form has been fully vetted through USDA channels and will be adopted on October 1, 2018.”
The new version of the form will be posted on the USDA’s eForms and GUS web sites on October 1, 2018. Previous versions of the form will be discontinued November 1, 2018.
