After a recent audit of our document library, it has come to our attention that Fannie Mae has issued new HomeStyle Renovation Mortgage documents. As a result, we have created the following documents: HomeStyle Renovation Loan Investor Rider (Cx22292/FNMA Form 3733), HomeStyle Renovation Contract (Cx22293/FNMA Form 3730), HomeStyle Renovation Loan Rider (Cx22294/FNMA Form 3732), and HomeStyle Renovation Loan Agreement (Cx22295/FNMA Form 3731).
Each of our new HomeStyle Renovation forms will be assigned upon request, and will print under the following same print conditions:
- Loan Type = Conventional
- Document Package Type = Closing
- When Field 29861 “Rehabilitation/Renovation” is set to 1 or “Yes”
There are many custom Renovation forms within our document library that clients are currently assigned to. We would advise clients to look at the Renovation Mortgage documents that they are currently assigned to, and see if any of the new forms listed above would be a better fit for their specific business need. As an example, Cx15327 “Renovation Loan Agreement” is now the new Cx22295 “HomeStyle Renovation Loan Agreement”, so, it may make sense for clients to switch to the new form.
