FHA Negative Equity Positions Disclosure (Cx15200), was provided pursuant to the provisions of FHA ML 2014-23 & 2010-23. According to Transmittal: Handbook 4000.1 (06/15/15), both MLs were superseded, and there is no longer a provision in the Handbook which requires the disclosures in this document. As a result, we are retiring Cx15200.
FHA Negative Equity Positions Borrower Certification (Cx15175), was provided pursuant to the provisions of Handbook 4000.1 Pt. II, A.7.d.ii.(C) & A.8.e.ii.(A).(1). Section A.8.e.ii. states: “All Mortgages under the program must close on or before December 31, 2016.” Since it is well beyond the program deadline for mortgage closings, we are retiring Cx15175.
