Cx5533 is a duplicate of VA Form 26-6393, which is required under VA Lender’s Handbook, ch. 1, 6-a and ch. 4 (and is used to comply with the provisions of 38 C.F.R. § 36.4340[f][8] & [12]).
Upon a review of Revised Chapter 4 of the “VA Lender’s Handbook” (see Change 25 at https://www.benefits.va.gov/warms/pam26_7.asp), we have determined that the amount disclosed for “RATIO” in Line 44 should be rounded “to the nearest two digits.” As a result, we are changing our default behavior to round the amount disclosed in Line 44 to the nearest two decimal places.
