Cx2283 is a duplicate of form HUD-92564-CN, which is provided pursuant to the requirements of FHA Single Family Handbook 4000.1 II.A.1.a.ii(A)(4), II.A.8.a.xiv(B)(3), & A.9.k.ii.
Pursuant to our recurring audits of FHA forms, we will be updating Cx2283 to more closely match the model, available directly on HUD’s website at: https://www.hud.gov/sites/dfiles/OCHCO/documents/92564CN.pdf. Along with minor textual changes, the font will be changed to Arial, to match the model HUD-92564-CN.
