Upon an internal review of our Irrevocable Stock Power – COOP (Cx4986) and Irrevocable Stock Power – HELOC COOP (Cx22936), we have decided to make the reference to the number of stocks/shares transferred in the first paragraph more readable. Currently, the clause states the following:
“[FI 27658] number of membership certificate(s) and/or other similar instrument(s) (“Shares”)”
We will be changing it to the following when “Cooperative Ownership Type” (FI 131634) equals “Stock”:
“a total of [FI 27658] shares of the Capital Stock”
And to the following when “Cooperative Ownership Type” equals “No Stock”:
“a total of [FI 27658] membership certificate(s) and/or other similar instrument(s) (“Shares”)”
