On April 3, 2019 Gov. Steve Bullock (D) signed into law MT HB 370 (2019), which amends various sections of the “Revised Uniform Law on Notarial Acts” (Mont. Code Ann. §§ 1-5-601 et seq.). These amendments take effect on October 1, 2019.
