Document Updates: Wyoming Notice and Explanation of Fee Increase (TRID)(Cx19752) and Wyoming Notice and Explanation of Fee Increase (Cx16634)

This past August, the USDA Office of Rural Development (“RD”) announced that they would be publishing a new version of form RD 3555-21 in October. Yesterday afternoon, RD published the appropriate new version of the form on their website. An email from the Michigan Rural Development Guaranteed Program (dated September 26, 2019) states that “USDA will discontinue use of the Form RD 3555-21 (revision date October 2018) 30 days after the effective date.”
We have modified our copy of form RD 3555-21 (Cx18893) to match the latest version published by the USDA (revision date of October 2019). The most notable change is the removal of Lines 2a and 2b (regarding interest rate locks and floats).
