Document Retirements: FHLMC Convertible ARM Notes and Riders

The Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation (“FHLMC” or “Freddie Mac”) retired their convertible ARM loan documents quite some time ago.  These documents and related programs are not in use in ConformX.

We will discontinue support for the following programs:

  • 83955 1 Yr. Libor ARM Convertible – 3/3/6
  • 83142 1 Yr. Libor ARM Convertible – 2/2/6
  • 83961 3/1 Libor ARM Convertible – 2/2/6
  • 83965 3/1 Libor ARM Convertible – 3/2/6
  • 83964 5/1 Libor ARM Convertible – 5/2/6
  • 83963 5/1 Libor ARM Convertible – 3/2/6
