On May 6, 2020 the Minnesota Department of Commerce [published](https://mn.gov/commerce/industries/financial-institutions/interest-rates/consumer-credit-code.jsp) its bi-annual adjustments to certain dollar amounts promulgated under the Minnesota Consumer Credit Code (Minn. Stat. Ann. § 47.59) and Regulated Loan Act (*Ibid.* ch. 56). These adjustments take effect on July 1, 2020.

We are currently reviewing this change to determine any impact, and evaluating any modifications, to our document library and/or systems. Any modifications we make as a result will be announced on our website ([https://compliance.docutech.com/](https://compliance.docutech.com/)).
