In general, the VA has updated the instructions on where to mail the completed form. The “Mail this form to:” section now refers to page two for the regional address of the Regional Loan Center of Jurisdiction. Page two with the regional centers’ addresses has been added. The VA has updated the dates included on the Department of Veterans Affairs Financial Statement form as follows: - - Change the expiration date from “08/31/2020” to “07/31/2023” - Changed to revision date from “AUG 2017” to “JUL 2020” These changes will take effect on September 9, 2020.
