As a reminder, the revised version of the Uniform Residential Loan Application (URLA), FNMA Form 1003/FHLMC Form 65 (our Cx20667), has been available for optional use by all clients since January 1, 2021, and must be used for all FNMA/FHLMC loans with an application date on or after March 1, 2021.
