Code Ann. § 32-21-2-3(a)(1) was amended. After some feedback, in order to more closely match the model forms published by the Indiana Secretary of State (found beginning on page 53 of the Indiana Notary Public Guide at https://inbiz.in.gov/Assets/NotaryGuide.pdf), Docutech has added “Commissioned in \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ County.” to the notary signature blocks on IN security instruments, which includes: - IN Mortgage (Cx324) - IN Mortgage Second (Cx482) - HELOC Mortgage – IN (Cx1381) - FHA IN Mortgage (Cx19372) This change will be effective February 17, 2021.
