Document Update: MT Acknowledgment that Real Property is Not Exempt From Execution (Cx1412)

We have updated our Multistate Condominium Rider form Cx2482 to include the line “What Lender requires as a condition of this waiver can change during the term of the loan” under Section B. Property Insurance, and to change the “provisions” to the word “covenants” in the last line of the document.
Cx2482 is modeled after Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac Form 3140. These changes had previously been made to Form 3140, so we are updating our document to match their most recent version.
