Our copies of the TX Notice Concerning Extension of Credit (Cx4549) and TX Notice Concerning Extensions of Credit – Spanish (Cx3640) are created to match the forms supplied by the Texas Finance Commission on their website (https://www.fc.texas.gov/home-equity/disclosures). We have modified these documents to allow clients to print a separate copy of the Notice for each owner/signer, or continue using our default method of printing one copy of the Notice with all owners/signer signatures on the same copy. Clients wishing to change the document behavior can set field 97342 “Signature Entities Copy Type” to 2 (Per Entity). Our default will continue to be option 1 (Per Loan).
