# Document Updates: Subordinate Financing on FNMA Form 1008 (Cx22822)

Subsequent to a review, we are making a field change to FNMA form 1008, the Uniform Underwriting and Transmittal Summary (Cx22822). We reviewed the section on the form that discloses the amount of Subordinate Financing and have made adjustments to ensure we are including all of the subordinate loans. Specifically, we will now use FI 51590 (Amount of Secondary Financing) to represent all the subordinate loans. Please note that this does not include subordinate HELOC amounts, as the fields for those amounts remain unchanged.
This change will be in effect October 12, 2021. If you have any questions or concerns about this field change, please contact Client Support at 1.800.497.3584.

In order to accommodate clients who wish to use FI 27021 (J: Subordinate Financing / LLI – J: New Mortgage Loans On Property), we are going to add logic to the document that will print FI 51590 (Amount of Secondary Financing) by default if the field is present, else we will print FI 27021. This change will will be in effect immediately. If you have any questions about this change, please contact Client Support at 1.800.497.3584.
