# Document Updates: Updates to VA forms 26-8923 (Cx5535) and 26-1805 (Cx14216)

In December of 2021, the models for VA forms 26-8923 (Cx5535) Interest Rate Reduction Refinancing Loan Workout and 26-1805 (Cx14216) Request for Determination of Reasonable Value (Real Estate) were both updated by the VA.
The model form for form 26-1805 (Cx14216) Request for Determination of Reasonable Value (Real Estate) had significant differences from the previous model dated August 2008, which we have included in our updated form. The new form is dated January 2022 and supersedes forms dated October 2020, which should be discontinued.
VA Form 26-8923 (Cx5535) Interest Rate Reduction Refinancing had minor changes to the footing and expiration date of the form. The new form is dated December 2021 and supersedes forms dated October 2020, which should be discontinued.
