Document Update: MT Acknowledgment that Real Property is Not Exempt From Execution (Cx1412)

Pursuant to our monthly audit of federal agency forms, we have updated several USDA-RD forms. All documents affected have had the effective date updated to January 2022. In addition, an expiration date has been added that was not on previous versions. All included forms have an updated statement regarding the Paperwork Reduction Act. Outside of these changes, all other changes are small grammatical or punctuation changes.
The documents being updated are:
Cx3178 (Form RD 1980-19 – Guaranteed Loan Closing Report)
Cx7744 (Form RD 400-1 – Equal Opportunity Agreement)
Cx7745 (Form RD 400-6 – Compliance Statement)
Cx18894 (Form RD 3555-11 – Guaranteed Rural Housing Lender Record Change)
