Document Update: MT Acknowledgment that Real Property is Not Exempt From Execution (Cx1412)

We are updating our MD Net Tangible Benefits Worksheet( Cx13909) to match the latest version of the form published by the Maryland Commissioner of Financial Regulation, see: https://www.dllr.state.md.us/forms/frnettangiblebenefitsworksheet.pdf. This document is published pursuant to the requirements found in Md. Code Regs. 09.03.06.20 and. 09.03.09.04.
In addition to minor typographical updates, the published changes include changing the address at the top of the document from 500 North Calvert Street, Suite 402 Baltimore MD, 21202 to the new address, 1100 N. Eutaw Street, Suite 611 Baltimore, Maryland 21201. Additionally, the last sentence of the instructions has been updated read, “Persons complying with these regulations shall use this form or a form substantially similar to this form.” The revision date was also updated to 12/27/2021.
