Document Updates: Approval of Purchaser and Release of Seller (Cx14701) and Draw Request (Cx3399)

After our monthly review of HUD model forms, we have identified two forms that needed to be updated.  They are as follows:

Form HUD-92210.1 – Approval of Purchaser and Release of Seller (Cx14701)

• • Any reference to HUD-insured was clarified to mean FHA-insured
  • The public reporting statement was added
  • A few various typos were corrected

Form HUD-9746-A – Draw Request (Cx3399)

• • The certification that all the information to be true and correct was updated
  • The informational warning about making false statements was updated
  • The statement about additional draws and holdback was updated
