Docutech is making a configuration update to the FNMA form 3732 Homestyle Renovation Loan Rider (Cx22294) and the FNMA Form 3733 Homestyle Renovation Loan Investor Rider (Cx22292). Previously, we had both documents printing for all loans based on the print trigger 29861 “Rehabilitation/Renovation” = Yes. Cx22294 has a provision that requires the borrower to occupy the property as a principal residence within the next 60 days and Cx22292 does not (Cx22292 does have provisions for assignment of rents). Therefore, we are adding the Occupancy print trigger for these documents to print more appropriately. More specifically, we are adding 1161 “Occupancy” = Primary Residence and Second Home for Cx22294 and 1161 “Occupancy” = Investor for Cx22292.
