On June 6, 2022, the IRS announced a draft form was available for a revised Form 4506-C and provided guidance as to major changes that needed to be made with an expected rollout date of December 1, 2022. On November 1, 2022, the IRS published an updated [announcement](https://content.govdelivery.com/accounts/USIRS/bulletins/335862e?reqfrom=share) setting the IVES/4506-C rollout to be extended to March 1, 2023. The announcement also specified a few minor changes and corrections to the form.

Docutech is reviewing these changes to determine any impact to our 4506-C and evaluating any necessary changes. We will announce further changes to the form and a rollout timeline in future announcements.
