Document Updates: Updates to CT Fair Housing Notice (Cx20625)

Our form (Cx20625) CT Fair Housing Notice which is provided per Conn. Gen. Stat. Ann. § 20-327h has been updated.   Our form has been updated to match the most recent model form published by the CT Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities found here . The changes include an update to the revision date from 7/1/2016 to 12/12/2017. The words “veteran status” has been added as a protected class to the end of the first paragraph and the address for the Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities has been changed from: 25 Sigourney ST, 7^th Floor, Hartford, CT 06106 to 450 Columbus Boulevard, Suite 2, Hartford, CT 06103.

Effective Date
