- 26-8497 VA Request for Verification of Employment (Cx17513)
Substantial changes to these documents are as follows:

- Cx24339 The expiration date of the form will be updated to “10/31/2025”, while the reference to “Oct 2022” at the bottom of the form (which states that the current version supersedes the version identified by such date) will be changed to “OCT 2022”. A modification to; Part II – Verification of Depository, in Section 11 of Loans Outstanding to Applicant(S) Of Installments, added “per” to each line of the column in (Monthly/Quarterly)”
- Cx5533 The expiration date of the form will be updated to “08/31/2025”, while the reference to “AUG 2019” at the bottom of the form (which states that the current version supersedes the version identified by such date) will be changed to “AUG 2022”. Section D – Debts and Obligations replacing (Itemize and indicate by (x) which debts considered in Section E, Line 40) to (Itemize and indicate by (checkmark) which debts considered in Section E, Line 40)
- Cx52 The expiration date of the form will be updated to “10/31/2025”, while the reference to “Oct 2022” at the bottom of the form (which states that the current version supersedes the version identified by such date) will be changed to “OCT 2022”.
- Cx17513 The expiration date of the form will be updated to “10/31/2025”, while the reference to “Oct 2022” at the bottom of the form (which states that the current version supersedes the version identified by such date) will be changed to “OCT 2022”. Center Top Margin Align “Department of Veterans Affairs USDA, Department of Agriculture”, Add “USDA OMB Approval No. 0575-0009” Left top Marin align placement above Respondent Burden. 4A.
