On Cx865, our Signature/Name Affidavit (Borrower), we are inserting: “\[borrower name\], who is” to the first sentence. For borrowers with a POA it now reads, “I, the undersigned, state that I am the attorney in fact for \[borrower name\], who is the person named in the Note and Security Instrument.” On Cx7965, our Signature/Name Affidavit (Non-borrowing party), we are adding the non-borrowing party name underneath the borrower’s name at the top of the page.  In addition, for non-borrowing parties with a POA, we are editing the first sentence from: “I, the undersigned, state that I am the attorney in fact for the person named in the Security Instrument”, to: “I, the undersigned, state that I am the attorney in fact for \[non-borrowing party name x\], who is a person named in the Security Instrument.” **Effective Date** These changes will be in effect on December 23, 2022.
