We have updated Cx14056, VA Form 26-1817, Request for Determination of Loan Guaranty Eligibility – Unmarried Surviving Spouses.
The changes were made to conform to the most recent model document published by the VA. Although the dates on the form have not changed, the VA did make changes to the content of the document which can be viewed here:
