Document Updates: “Non-Permanent Resident Alien” Selection on 1003 Uniform Residential Loan Application 1/2021 (Cx20667 and Cx20668)
Jun 21, 2023
Wisconsin Statute 224.79(1) requires mortgage broker agreements to be in writing. Further, the Wisconsin Admin. Code DFI-BKG 44.01 outlines specific information that the broker agreement must contain and requires the Department of Financial Institution to create this agreement. The Wisconsin Department of Financial Institutions has published its model form here.
We have made a slight update to the logic of our version of the Wisconsin Broker Agreement (Cx14547) so that when Rural Development loans are sent in the payload the logic will now check the “Non-conventional” checkbox.
These changes will be in effect on June 22, 2023. If you have any questions or concerns about these changes, please contact Client Support at 1.800.497.3584.
