Document Updates: “Non-Permanent Resident Alien” Selection on 1003 Uniform Residential Loan Application 1/2021 (Cx20667 and Cx20668)

As previously announced, the Office of Native American Programs (ONAP) has reduced the Section 184 annual loan guarantee fee from 0.25% to 0.00% effective July 1, 2023.
When Docutech announced in 2014 the creation of Cx19126 – Section 184 Supplemental Notice, this document was specifically created to expand on the information provided in the “Monthly Insurance Premiums” section of Form HUD-92900-B – Important Notice to Homebuyers. Since that time, Form HUD-92900-B – Important Notice to Homebuyers no longer prints for Section 184 loans because Form HUD-50124 – Important Notice to Homebuyers prints instead. Form HUD-50124 – Important Notice to Homebuyers does not contain the “Monthly Insurance Premiums” section, and by July 1, 2023, the annual 0.25% premium will no longer exist.
As such, Cx19126 – Section 184 Supplemental Notice will be retired on July 1, 2023. If you have any questions or concerns about any of these changes, please contact Client Support at 1.800.497.3584.
