This rule was effective April 19, 2023, however, for the amendments to Appendix A to Regulation B (Equal Credit Opportunity Act) and Appendix K to Regulation V (Fair Credit Reporting Act), the mandatory compliance date is March 20, 2024. In order to comply with these changes, Docutech has updated contact information in the following documents: - - Cx1413 ECOA Notice - Cx15858 Statement of Credit Denial, Termination or Change These changes are ready for testing and will be in effect on Production on July 12, 2023. If you have any questions or concerns about these changes, please contact Client Support at 1.800.497.3584. *DR-143596* **Update:** Contact information has also been updated in the “Federal Equal Credit Opportunity Act Statement” section of Cx2862 (Statement Required by the Privacy Act – Form RD 410-9). This change is ready for testing and will be in effect on Production on July 22, 2023.
