Document Updates: TX Renewal and Extension Exhibit (Cx4284)

Topics: Document Updates

After an audit of our Texas Renewal and Extension Exhibit (Cx4284), we have updated the fields to more closely align with fields that we have associated with Renewals and Extensions instead of using the broader, more general fields. This allows the paragraph starting with “Promissory note in the original principal sum…” to be printed up to four times as necessary, to incorporate multiple liens/renewals into the new loan.

The following fields will now be used in this “Promissory note” paragraph:

FI 22559-22562 – Renewal and Ext / Release of Lien 1-4 – Original Note Date
FI 22543-22546 – Renewal and Ext / Release of Lien 1-4 – Original Principal Amount
FI 48375-48378 – Renewal and Ext / Release of Lien 1-4 – Original Note Borrowers
FI 22563-22566 – Renewal and Ext / Release of Lien 1-4 – Original Lender
FI 22567-22570 – Renewal and Ext / Release of Lien 1-4 – Original Recorded In
FI 82046-82049 – Renewal and Ext / Release of Lien 1-4 – County

The “Promissory note” paragraph will always print at least once, even if no fields are populated, as it does today. Iterations 2-4 of the same paragraph will print when the corresponding “Renewal and Ext / Release of Lien 2-4 – Original Principal Amount” field is populated.

These changes are on Stage servers for testing, and will be in effect on July 21, 2023. If you have any questions or concerns about these changes, please contact Client Support at 1.800.497.3584.
