Per MD Tax-Prop. Code § 12-108(g)(3), Cx15803 “MD Tax Property Affidavit” is a recordable document. For Cx15803 to be included in Docutech’s Recordable Document Page Count functionality, the Document Type has been changed from “Borrower Affidavit” to “Rider to Security Instrument”. With this change, Cx15803 might appear in a different position in Document Package stacking orders.
