Document Updates: HELOC – MT Deed of Trust (Cx3027)

After an audit of our HELOC – MT Deed of Trust (Cx3027), we have decided to update the default language to more closely match the FNMA uniform instruments. The default provision in our Cx3027 originally combined both the rights of lender and acceleration clauses.  We separated them into two different clauses one called “Default” and the other called “Acceleration; Remedies”.  This allows our form to follow more closely the rights and provisions as published in the FNMA uniform instruments published for first liens.
