Document Updates: “Non-Permanent Resident Alien” Selection on 1003 Uniform Residential Loan Application 1/2021 (Cx20667 and Cx20668)

VA Form 26-1820 Report and Certification of Loan Disbursement is given in accordance with 38 CFR § 36.4303. Section (a) requires several certifications from the lender and must be given “not later than 60 days following full disbursement”. Line 15 of the form, which is related to discount points financed, has additional text which includes in parenthesis “IRRRL ONLY”. There is no other instruction related to line 15. Originally, we printed a value for any discount points financed, but we have updated line 15 to only print a value when the loan is an VA IRRRL due to the line instruction for IRRRL only.
