Document Updates: Remove Aggregate Adjustment from SC Broker Fee Agreement (Cx3525)

In order to have consistency throughout documents, we have made the following update to SC Broker Fee Agreement Cx3525:

• • Removed the Aggregate Adjustment amount from the table in step 2 of the Disclosure of Lender Payments to Broker

Previously, the Aggregate Adjustment (if any) displayed on the table that listed the itemization of points, fees, and commissions related to the mortgage. However, the adjustment was not part of the calculation used for number 3, Total Points, Fees and Commissions. The Aggregate Adjustment is not disclosed on the Loan Estimate. This change will add more consistency between the LE and the SC Broker Fee Agreement.
