Document Updates: Section F Fee Coding Enhancement (Cx1904, Cx3579, Cx3583)

Nov 3, 2023

Topics: Document Updates

Previously three documents would only consider printing Section F fees if all previous Section F fees had either a fee description or an amount populated. The following documents have been updated to ensure the first five fee lines of Section F are always considered for printing, since the first four have hardcoded descriptions on the Loan Estimate and Closing Disclosure:

  • Cx1904 ND Money Broker/Residential Mortgage Lender Contract
  • Cx3579 MD Application Disclosure
  • Cx3583 DE Broker Agreement

Other documents that print Section F fees already use logic that ensures the first five lines are reviewed to print when applicable, regardless of whether some of those fees have neither a description or amount set.

These changes are available for testing on Stage and Stage 2 servers and will take effect on November 10, 2023. If you have any questions or concerns about these changes, please contact Client Support at 1.800.497.3584.
