Document Updates: “Non-Permanent Resident Alien” Selection on 1003 Uniform Residential Loan Application 1/2021 (Cx20667 and Cx20668)

We have adjusted the Nebraska notary acknowledgment for remote online notary (RON) and in-person electronic notary (IPEN) transactions. The Nebraska RON/IPEN regulations state the following:
“For an online notarial act, each principal’s signature presented for notarization and attestation in the form of an acknowledgment is to be individually affixed to the electronic document by the principal and should be acknowledged separately by the principal…” [Neb. Admin. Code, Tit. 433, Ch. 8, § 012.01]
Therefore, we are modifying the notary acknowledgments on the following documents to print a separate attestation and acknowledgment for each signing party using RON or IPEN:
These changes will be in effect on Saturday, December 2, 2023, after the ConformX software release. These changes are available for testing on UAT servers to test the document work and software change required.
