The Nebraska RON/IPEN regulations state the following: “For an online notarial act, each principal’s signature presented for notarization and attestation in the form of an acknowledgment is to be individually affixed to the electronic document by the principal and should be acknowledged separately by the principal…” \[Neb. Admin. Code, Tit. 433, Ch. 8, § 012.01\] Therefore, we are modifying the notary acknowledgments on the following documents to print a separate attestation and acknowledgment for each signing party using RON or IPEN: - 3028 NE Deed of Trust 2021 (Cx25306) - FHA NE Deed of Trust (Cx19385) - HELOC Deed of Trust – NE (Cx3044) - NE Deed of Trust Second (Cx496) - Occupancy Statement (Cx15) - Compliance Agreement (Cx4) - Manufactured Home Limited Power of Attorney (Cx6874) - HomeStyle Renovation Loan Agreement (Cx22295) - HomeStyle Renovation Loan Rider (Cx22294) - Community Land Trust Ground Lease Rider (Cx23607) - FNMA Construction Loan Agreement (Cx22651) - Manufactured Home Affixation Affidavit (Cx43) - FNMA Construction Loan Rider to Security Instrument (Cx22653) - Correction Agreement – Limited Power of Attorney (Cx870) - Loan Modification Agreement – Fixed (Cx1701) - Loan Modification Agreement – ARM (Cx4888) - Loan Modification Agreement – ARM (Cx10514) - Loan Modification Agreement – Fixed (Cx10515) These changes will be in effect on Saturday, December 2, 2023, after the ConformX software release. These changes are available for testing on UAT servers to test the document work and software change required.
