Document Update: Changes to print configuration to: OK Title Protection Notice (Cx3851)

Docutech is making a configuration update to the OK Title Protection Notice (Cx3851) to only print for purchase loans. Previously Cx3851 printed regardless of loan purpose and now it will print when Loan Purpose (FI 5991) is one of the following:

    • Construction Only
    • Construction To Permanent
    • Purchase
    • Or if HELOC (FI 28859) is “Yes” and Is this HELOC loan a purchase? (FI 27636) is “Yes”.

These changes are available on Stage servers for testing and will take effect on December 7, 2023. If you have any questions or concerns about these changes, please contact Client Support at 1.800.497.3584.
