Document Updates: Postponed Changes for Social Security Number Verification (Cx5579), DC Deed of Trust Second (Cx474), and FHA AK Deed of Trust (Cx19359)

These previously announced changes were originally planned to take effect December 27, 2023:

  • Multi-Doc Collection (MDC) changes for Social Security Number Verification SSA-89 (Cx5579) to independently control whether copies of the SSA-89 for specific Borrowers are included or excluded in the package.
  • DC Deed of Trust Second (Cx474) trustee commission text edits to remove the amount, leaving the percentage text to mirror the FNMA model form.
  • FHA AK Deed of Trust (Cx19359) heading text edit for the recording address to state “After Recording Return To:” in place of “Return:”.

These changes were postponed and will now take effect on January 5, 2023. These changes are available for testing on Stage 1 & Stage 2 servers. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Client Support at 1.800.497.3584.
