Document Updates: “Non-Permanent Resident Alien” Selection on 1003 Uniform Residential Loan Application 1/2021 (Cx20667 and Cx20668)

According to D.C. Code Ann. § 26-1152.11, lenders making covered loans are required to send the borrower a Red Flag Warning Disclosure Notice (our Cx4245). The contents of the Red Flag Warning Disclosure notice are provided by DC Municipal Regulation 26-C § 2005 and in Form 1 of the Appendix. We are making slight adjustments to our form Cx4245 to more closely match the statutory form. The changes are minor but include removing certain italics and some slight punctuation changes.
These changes are available for testing on Stage and Stage 2 servers and will take effect on February 2, 2024. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Client Support at 1.800.497.3584.
