To be more in alignment with the [**Consumer Financial Protection Bureau’s Escrow Disclosure Public Guidance Documents**](https://files.consumerfinance.gov/f/documents/cfpb_escrow-disclosure_public-guidance-documents_2021-06.pdf), in Cx7605 “Escrow Account Disclosure Enhanced Fees,” Docutech has added beneath the document title “Initial Escrow Account Disclosure Statement” the following language:

To allow for these areas to be filled out, the following fields have been added to Cx7605:

Field 43934                 First Payment Letter Payment To Name  
 Field 43935                 First Payment Letter Payment To Full Address  
 Field 74071                 First Payment Letter Toll Free Phone

Field 1727                   Payment/Servicing Companys Name  
 Field 15385                Payment Servicing Full Address  
 Field 1731                   Payment/Servicing Companys Phone Number

Field 15360                 Lender Name and Extension  
 Field 15358                 Lender Mailing Address \[Full\]  
 Field 1072                   Lender Phone Number
