When these optional Beneficiary/Lender fields are empty, the standard Lender fields Lender Name and Extension (FI 15360), and Lender Address (Full) (FI 15357, consisting of Address FI 1022, City FI 1031, State FI 1073, and Zip FI 1079) or Lender Mailling Address \[Full\] (FI 15358, consisting of Street FI 1042, City FI 1043, State FI 1044, and Zip FI 1045) will print on the security instrument by default. While the security instruments already supported the optional Beneficiary/Lender alternate fields in the Lender definition area on the first page, there were other areas for some states that only printed the default Lender fields. For example, several documents only printed the default Lender fields where the Grantee was listed, even though the optional Beneficiary/Lender alternate fields were already supported for the Grantee on others.
