Document Updates: “Non-Permanent Resident Alien” Selection on 1003 Uniform Residential Loan Application 1/2021 (Cx20667 and Cx20668)

Fannie Mae Requirements of Document Custodians Guide section 8.3 Consolidated Mortgages states that “All persons signing the Consolidated Note must sign the CEMA as well.” We have determined that Cx1583 NY Consolidation, Extension and Modification Agreement and Cx23134 NY HELOC Consolidation, Extension and Modification Agreement need to include signature lines for anyone who signs the Consolidated Note. As a result, we have added cosigner functionality to these New York documents.
These changes are on Stage 1 and Stage 2 servers and will be in effect on September 18, 2024. If you have any questions or concerns about these changes, please contact Client Support at 1.800.497.3584.
